We proposed to build the website using Shopify Headless, a framework that offers unparalleled flexibility and customisation options.

Shopify Hydrogen

Hydrogen emerged as the perfect choice for the Heiress Beverly Hills due to its blend of advanced features, customisation options, and robust scalability. With its content management system and seamless integration capabilities, Hydrogen 2.0 provided the ideal foundation for crafting a sophisticated and high-performing eCommerce platform tailored to the client's unique needs.

Product Pages

Product pages received a visual upgrade with automatic photo scrolling, so customers can explore each product from multiple angles. To boost upselling and increase AOV, we implemented a recommendation system on product pages. By suggesting similar products that complement the customer's selection, we fostered discovery and encouraged additional purchases.

UGC Content

To address customer concerns on social proof, we integrated Instashop with user-generated content (UGC), by connecting Instagram feed to the website. Now, women can explore completed outfits, not just product photos, empowering them to envision themselves in the designs and have a taste of Heiress Beverly Hills lifestyle.

The implementation of Instashop with UGC, integration of the Beverly Hills girl aesthetic, and adoption of a headless solution resulted in remarkable results. Customers engaged more with real-life product examples, reinforcing the brand's identity and increasing sales. The website became synonymous with sophistication and luxury, driving higher conversion rates and average order values. Overall, these strategies positioned Heiress Beverly Hills for continued success in the competitive eCommerce landscape.
